With the digital interior rearview mirror, you get a rearview mirror that shows a wider view of what is happening behind your vehicle.
The digital interior rearview mirror has a camera linked to it, which is installed at the rear of your vehicle and displays the image in the rearview mirror. If the camera is not needed for all situations, the mirror can also be used as a traditional rearview mirror with a standard reflected view. It is easy to switch between the two settings: camera function and mirror function.
The digital interior rear view mirror makes your driving more comfortable in the dark by controlling reflection from flashing or strong light from vehicles behind you.
The camera shows three times more behind the car than a traditional rear view mirror and also makes it possible for you to see even if visibility is obscured by the contents of the cargo area or rear seat passengers.
The images show what the rearview mirror looks like when the camera is activated and deactivated. Image 1 shows when the camera is activated (wider-angle view) and the other image shows when the camera is deactivated (standard reflected view).
