Shipping and Return Policy
- All orders containing in stock items generally ship within 48 hours of order placement. All items not in stock generally will ship in 3-5 business days (Excluding weekends, and holidays.)
- Damaged shipment? Please request your mail carrier make note of the damaged shipment, if possible. You must notify us within 5 business days. We reccommened taking photos of the shipment at time of receipt. Please refrain from discarding any materials or components that were ncluded in the shipment as this may exclude your order from return-eligibility
- Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. In the event that the item received is different from the item ordered you should contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping information will not be altered in any way once an order has been placed. If any changes need to be made regarding shipping methods or address alterations, you must cancel the order and re-place it.
- Returns after 30 days from receipt of items.
- Opened, damaged or used items.
- All electrical and specialty items. Specialty items will be listed in the product description
- All items not in factory boxes or packaging.
- Incomplete returns, missing components.
- All eligable returns are subject to a 25% re-stock fee.
- All clothing needs to be in it's original packaging and unused. 20% restocking fee will apply
- Any damaged items must be reported within 3 business days.
- All returns must include a complete RMA form.
