    This cap slips directly over the head of the vehicle's wheel lug bolts. While it provides a clean, seamless look for your wheels, its functional purpose is to keep out dirt, moisture, and road debris. This prevents the lug bolts from rusting, which can cause them to seize inside the wheel hub over time.
